PRICING &
FEES
Everything is built from one hourly rate for care and one daily rate for transport, so you can check the arithmetic yourself. Government funding accepted and every family receives a full itemised invoice.

Supplements
- Dedicated home-to-setting transport, not on a shared school run: +£90 per month
- Children under 8 — enhanced staffing ratio: +£60 per month
- Transport added to a plan that does not include it: £8.00 per day
- Late collection after the agreed session end: £10 per 15 minutes or part thereof
- Late payment administration fee (fees unpaid by the 7th): £15
- Confirmation, reference or third-party letters: £45 per document
- Late booking surcharge (booked within 10 days): +£1 per session
Deposit & Attendance
A deposit is required to secure your child’s place. Fees are payable for booked sessions whether or not your child attends, as the place is reserved.

Fees are agreed individually. The rates above are our standard published rates. Every family signs a Childcare Provision Agreement setting out the hours and the fee for their children, and that agreed fee may differ from the standard rates — for example where a family enrols several children, where a child has additional needs, where transport is not required, or where the pattern of care is different from our standard plan. Whatever is agreed, it is written into your Agreement before your child starts, and it does not change without at least four weeks’ written notice.
Every family receives a monthly itemised invoice showing our Ofsted registration number, your child’s name and date of birth, the period and hours of care provided, and each charge separately — together with a receipt. This is what the DWP, HMRC and Student Finance England ask to see for Universal Credit, Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Grant claims.
Government Funding & Support
We accept all the main government childcare support schemes - administered by HMRC, the DWP (Universal Credit) and Student Finance England — to help make quality childcare more affordable for families.
Tax-Free Childcare
Get up to £500 every 3 months (£2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with childcare costs.
Universal Credit
You can claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs if you're on Universal Credit.
Childcare Vouchers
Existing voucher scheme users can continue to use their vouchers with us.
Childcare Grant (Student Parents)
Full-time higher education students can get up to 85% of childcare costs paid through Student Finance England's Childcare Grant.
Care to Learn
Parents under 20 in school or sixth-form education can get help with childcare costs, paid directly to us as your provider.

How to Register Your Child
To secure a place for your child, simply complete our registration form with essential details to ensure your child's safety and care. Registration forms can be completed online or in person at our setting.
Our registration form gathers essential details to ensure your child's safety and care:
- Child's full name
- Date of birth
- Parent/carer contact details
- Emergency contact details
- Any medical, dietary or additional support needs
These are standard requirements for childcare clubs across the UK.
Parents/guardians are asked to provide the following at registration:
- Proof of identity for your child (e.g., birth certificate or passport)
- Parent/guardian ID or contact verification
- Completed emergency contact details
- Relevant health/medical information
If the sessions you require are fully booked, your child's name can be added to our waiting list.
- Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
- We will contact you as soon as a space becomes available
- You can remain on the waiting list until you choose to withdraw your application
We understand that your child's comfort and confidence are vital. We offer trial and settling-in sessions to help new children:
- Get familiar with the setting
- Meet staff and other children
- Understand routine and expectations
Parents are welcome to stay during the first settling session if requested.
There's no additional charge for these introductory visits — they support a smooth transition.
We are registered with Ofsted and meet all childcare regulatory requirements. Ofsted regulates childcare providers and ensures quality, safety and compliance.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our before-school club runs 7:00am to 9:00am and our after-school club runs 3:00pm to 7:00pm. During school holidays our holiday club runs 10:00am to 2:00pm. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to accommodate your schedule.
What age groups do you cater to?
We provide childcare and after-school services for children aged 5 to 15 years old.
Do you provide food?
No. We do not provide meals or snacks, and there is no food charge on your invoice. Please send your child with a packed snack or tea. Drinking water is always available. Please tell us about any allergies on registration so we can keep the setting safe for every child.
Are you Ofsted registered?
Yes, we are fully Ofsted registered and regularly inspected to ensure we meet the highest standards of childcare quality and safety.
Do you accept government funding?
Yes, we accept government funding to help make quality childcare accessible and affordable for all families.
What activities do you offer?
We offer a wide range of activities including homework support, creative arts and crafts, games, group activities and outdoor play.

Do you take home-educated children?
Yes. We provide daytime care and learning support for home-educated children, with collection from and return to your home address. Sessions are arranged around your own teaching pattern and are charged at our standard £8.00 hourly rate, with the transport round trip at £8.00 a day. It gives home-educated children regular group activities and social time alongside children of their own age.
Do you collect children from school?
Yes. Our door-to-door service collects your child from their school gate — or from your home address for home-educated children and daytime sessions — and returns them home at the end of the session, with a DBS-checked escort in a fully insured vehicle. It is included in the Wraparound Care Plan and can be added to any other plan for £8.00 a day (round trip).
Are there any charges on top of the monthly fee?
No. The Wraparound Care Plan is one monthly fee covering care, all activity materials and door-to-door transport. We do not provide food, so there is no food charge. The only additional charges are the supplements listed in our pricing section — late collection, late payment and third-party letters — and these are only charged where they actually apply.
Will I get an invoice I can use for Universal Credit or Tax-Free Childcare?
Yes. Every family receives a monthly itemised invoice showing our Ofsted registration number, your child’s name and date of birth, the period and hours of care provided, and each charge listed separately, together with a receipt for payment. This is exactly what the DWP, HMRC and Student Finance England ask to see.
